| 1) ATS works with ISO 9000 certified fabrication vendors. 2) Performs extensive pre-fabrication checking of each layer. 3) Provides vendors with Gerber files and instructions on multiple dielectric materials, controlled impedance trace widths, and stack-up details. 4) Post-fabrication, mechanical, and electrical tests are performed on each layer of every board to insure that all tolerances are being met. 5) Prior to delivery or in-house assembly, ATS examines all test reports and requires corrective action as indicated. |
